We all love some bacon, but no one likes the work of bringing that bacon to the plate. It's a time-consuming, tedious process of flipping and turning, blistering and burning your arms as you splatter grease all over the kitchen and set off the smoke alarm. I dread this process every time!!
Father's day is coming up, and BLT's are on the dinner menu. So here I stand with four pounds of bacon from Costco and I just can't bring myself to pull out the skillet and go through the scalding grease shower that typically accompanies father's day at our house.
I did a little research and am happy to say I learned a better way. No greasy mess, no flipping—just perfectly crisp bacon, and extremely easy clean-up.
Yeah right, is that even possible?
Well, I did a test run this morning and am so happy to say I will never cook bacon on a skillet again.
